Nourish Body, Mind and Spirit on a retreat with Jane Bevan

Mission Beach Yoga Retreat

3 nights – 4th to 7th October 2024

All the techniques of yoga practice are aimed at creating a deepening awareness and knowledge of the self – and through this allowing a space to develop whereby a state of calm, balance and sense of oneness is created.

Nourish body, mind and spirit at this beautiful beach side location of Mission Beach.

Enjoy a varied program of yoga, meditation, chanting, crystal bowl sound baths and fun, free flowing painting activities. Sessions will take place in the fresh air and to the sounds of the ocean on a beautiful covered wooden deck with breathtaking views of the beach and dunk island.

There will also be plenty of free time to enjoy the environment walking, swimming, connecting with others or simply valuable ‘being’ time.

Massages are also available at the Spa and can be booked prior to retreat.

All healthy, vegetarian meals will be provided and eaten in the setting of Castaways restaurant, which sits in gardens overlooking the sea. (Lunches except Sunday, when you may like to peruse the local markets).
